I’m a Partner & ECD of Design at Rethink–AdAge’s Agency of the Year, Cannes Lions Independent Network of the Year, and one of Fast Company’s Top 10 Most Innovative Companies.
Over nearly two decades, I’ve led branding and design initiatives for an expansive portfolio of global brands—including Uber Eats, Kit Kat, Kraft Heinz, and Mattel—alongside cultural institutions, non-profits, and household names in the making.
My design philosophy is simple: standing out isn’t enough. That’s why we build brands with a pulse—unmistakable identities with the gravity to pull culture toward them. We transform brands into fast-moving cultural forces.
Our work has been recognized with hundreds of global awards (including a D&AD Black Pencil), press coverage spanning from Rolling Stone to Ripley’s Believe It or Not, and the occasional cease and desist letter.
